Shipping policy

Orders are usually shipped within 5-7 business days after order is placed not including the weekend or holidays.  Custom orders are usually shipped within 7-14 business days after order is processed however,  we strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible.  Holidays may delay order delivery as well.  We ship via USPS and a tracking number will be provided to you when your order ships.  Please check the shipping address you've entered to ensure proper delivery.  We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged.  Priority and UPS are also available at an additional cost.
